To Look Up A Licensee, Follow These Steps:

On the License Search page, in the first box next to "-or- Name (Last, First)," enter the last name of the individual you are looking up. You may use either capital or lower case letters. If you are unsure about proper spelling, try entering just the first few letters of the last name. Click on "Search."

Choose and click on a highlighted name from the list of matches that will appear at the bottom of the page. (NOTE: If you can't find the name you are looking for, or no results are found, try the search again using a different spelling or entering fewer letters. Also, you may tab over to the next box and enter the individual's first name or initial.)

The lookup system can display a maximum of 100 possible matches in response to a search request. When you click on a highlighted name, the Licensee Profile page will appear. This page includes biographical and professional information about the licensee, as well as details of any public disciplinary action that has been initiated and/or taken.
